At Reflective Healing Center, we are dedicated to prioritizing environmental sustainability, social equity, and ethical governance.

We deeply understand and appreciate the responsibility that comes with operating as a state-licensed micro-healing center, and have created an environmental, social, and governance (ESG) plan to ensure our natural medicine services are sustainable, accessible, and safe.

ESG Plan for Reflective Healing LLC

This Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) plan outlines the commitments and actions for Reflective Healing, LLC to operate sustainably and responsibly in the emerging regulated access landscape for natural medicine healing centers in Colorado. We recognize the unique considerations related to environmental impact, social equity, and ethical governance within this field and strive to be a leader in responsible natural medicine facilitation.

I. Environmental Sustainability 

  • Responsible sourcing of natural medicine and offsetting environmental impact:

    • Source from cultivators and manufacturers committed to organic and sustainable practices.

    • Donate 2% of natural medicine services revenues to environmental organizations to support conservation, restoration efforts to enhance local natural areas and animal habitats. 

II. Social Impact & Equity 

  • Increase accessibility and affordability: 

    • Offer sliding scale fees for natural medicine facilitation. 

    • Offer discounted and free services to underserved community members.

  • Promote diversity and inclusion: 

    • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients and staff.

    • Provide ongoing professional development training to therapists and facilitators on culturally sensitive care. 

    • Provide culturally sensitive care that honors the traditions and practices of different communities. 

    • Host at least one facilitator education event per year, for healing center staff, led by indigenous cultural leaders or organizations that profit indigenous communities and/or their lands. 

  • Address potential risks and harms: 

    • Implement rigorous screening procedures to identify clients who may not be suitable for natural medicine facilitation. 

    • Provide comprehensive preparation and integration support to minimize potential risks and maximize therapeutic benefits. 

III. Ethical Governance 

  • Benefit Honoring 

    • Donate 1% of revenues from natural medicine services to indigenous-led non-profit organizations or indigenous medicine teachers. 

  • Transparency and accountability: 

    • Engage with clients and community members to solicit feedback and improve our practices. 

    • Maintain open communication with patients, staff, and the public. 

  • Compliance and risk management:

    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of natural medicine.

    • Implement robust risk management procedures to identify and mitigate potential risks.

    • Stay informed about evolving regulations and best practices in the field of natural medicine facilitation. 

Implementation and Monitoring: 

  • This ESG plan will be integrated into all aspects of our business operations.

  • We will regularly review and update this plan to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
