Our Mission

Reflective Healing supports individuals on their journey toward wholeness through therapy and psychedelic-assisted modalities. We meet you where you are, offering a safe and supportive therapeutic space that honors the mind, body, and spirit. Our work is grounded in a commitment to ethical care, and strong therapeutic relationships based on deep trust and respect.

Core Values

  • Safety

We prioritize creating a grounded, supportive environment where clients feel emotionally, physically, and spiritually safe.

  • Inclusivity

We honor the unique identities, backgrounds, and experiences of each person we serve. Our approach is trauma-informed, culturally aware, and rooted in social justice.

  • Ethical Integrity

We are guided by professionalism, transparency, and deep respect for the responsibility of holding space and providing psychedelic medicine. We uphold the highest ethical standards in all our practices.

  • Empowerment

We believe in co-creating the healing journey through trust in the therapeutic relationship. Clients are seen as active participants with innate wisdom, and we learn as much as we guide.

  • Spiritual Depth

We hold space for the sacred through transpersonal exploration and psychedelic-assisted therapies, and honor the spiritual dimensions of healing and being.

Reflective Healing was founded from a desire to create a therapeutic space where depth work could be approached through a more equitable and inclusive lens. We recognized a need for a practice that not only honors personal history but also acknowledges the impact of sociocultural systems on an individual’s psychological landscape.

The Origin of Reflective Healing

From the beginning, our mission has been to move beyond traditional hierarchies and center the healing relationship itself – trusting in the transformative power that emerges when therapist and client meet as equals.

The name Reflective Healing speaks to our core belief: that in order to truly support others, we must also engage in our own ongoing self-reflection and growth. Our therapists embody this commitment, and it’s woven into the fabric of our culture and felt in the care we offer.

As Ram Dass reminds us, “We’re all just walking each other home.”

This sentiment lives at the heart of our work.

Our Commitment to Equity, Accessibility, and Community

Reflective Healing is a women-owned and women-led organization grounded in a feminist, collectivist model. We make decisions collaboratively, prioritizing shared leadership and honoring the relationships between our team, our clients, and the broader Front Range community.

We are committed to cultivating a work environment rooted in equity, where each therapist’s voice is valued and their autonomy respected. Our team members are empowered to shape their practices in ways that best support their clients’ unique needs.

As one of the few organizations in the Front Range offering psychedelic-assisted therapy, we are proud to meet a growing and diverse range of healing needs. We provide a safe, inclusive space for transpersonal and psychedelic exploration, including ketamine- and psilocybin-assisted modalities.

Reflective Healing also fosters opportunities for community connection. Through women’s circles, working groups, and experiential trainings, we invite our clients and colleagues into deeper relationship – with themselves, with one another, and with the community at large.

Reciprocity and Sustainability

At Reflective Healing, we believe in honoring the interconnectedness of all life. As a green organization, we are committed to caring for the land that supports us. The Earth is one of our greatest teachers and healers—and it deserves our respect, stewardship, and gratitude.

In alignment with this, we reduce our environmental impact by operating a paperless office and furnishing our space with second-hand and repurposed materials.

Our commitment to reciprocity extends beyond sustainability. We donate a portion of our revenue to causes aligned with our values, including several animal welfare organizations and Native American communities, whose traditions and wisdom continue to shape the evolving landscape of healing work.
