Together, We Can Work On...

I consider it the highest honor for individuals to share their stories, struggles, and emotional experiences with me. I am continually amazed by the human capacity to overcome, heal, and transform. I believe it's important to honor the diverse backgrounds, personalities, perspectives, and lifestyles that are brought to therapy. I welcome all of you — the light, the dark, the pain, and the wins. My approach is warm, inviting, and encouraging while also being motivating and challenging. I offer a therapeutic space rooted in authenticity, understanding, and acceptance where you will gain insight, learn helpful ways of coping, transform past hurts, and feel more capable of handling life’s challenges.

My goal is that you leave our work feeling empowered, capable, and resilient. I take a holistic approach incorporating your mental, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. I also take an integrative approach. I’ve learned different things work for different people, so I draw from a variety of techniques to find what works for you. Therapy is hard work, so I also think it's important to make space for laughter and humor in our sessions.

I am passionate about incorporating different modalities into traditional talk therapy. I've found EMDR to be an incredibly effective tool. I’ve seen the profound healing and growth that psychedelic psychotherapy offers. I use somatic techniques and yoga to address the mind-body connection and to help regulate your nervous system so that you can experience more feelings of peace and grounding.
