About Joy Gribble

LCSW, DMin, MA

As a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Colorado and with a Doctorate in the Ministry of Engaged Wisdom, I’ve spent my adult life studying the bridge between ancient traditions and psychotherapy. Depression and anxiety are on the rise, despite our best efforts to live a happy and fulfilled life.

How can we shift things?

Collectively, we are more stressed out and disconnected than ever before. But there are ways to re-ground, reconnect to self, nature, and each other. There are ways to rekindle the wild, untamed, beautiful, and free person that lies underneath the heaviness. I want to help you do just that.

The way I work and the way I live are intertwined. I have extreme sacredness for the Earth and therefore hold my clients with the same reverence. Through mindfulness, meditation, prescriptive nature therapy, and my knowledge of ancient traditions, we will work together to clean out blockages, ease anxiety, and move through depression. I want to empower you to break away from dynamics that are no longer serving you and help you feel ecstatic about your life, unencumbered and free.

You are a gift.

The Universe thrives on diversity and needs everyone to be their most authentic self. Rekindle your divine right to be powerful and whole.

Together, We Can Work On...

  • Identifying places where you are emotionally stuck, and gently illuminate aspects of self that have gone unseen, using our relationship with one another, as well as work with archetypes and the enneagram.

  • Creating simple and sustainable ways to make growth-promoting changes in your life. I will be a sacred witness to your journey.

  • Developing and nurturing your spiritual self so that you have something substantial to lean on when life becomes challenging.

  • Using meditation, mindfulness, journaling, nature, and ritual to transform depression, anxiety, and trauma into a source of power for your life.

  • Finding sacredness in the ordinary, which begins with shifting your focus…because there is no “ordinary”. Each moment can begin to feel like a gift rather than a burden, as we work on creating a deeper level of conscious awareness.

  • Exploring ways to consciously parent your children, and uncovering intergenerational trauma that can end with your clear intention.

  • Looking deeper at sexual issues that may be creating blocks in your ability to connect and be intimate with others.
