Our Mission

As you heal, I heal.

As I heal, you heal.

We get better, together.

Reflective Healing is a women-owned and run organization that operates on a feminist organizational model. This means we make decisions in a collectivist way (relating to the practice or principle of giving a group priority over each individual in it) that honors and values the relationships between the therapists, our clients, and the front range community.

At Reflective Healing, we pride ourselves on our ability to cultivate a space that allows for collaboration and equity while valuing the voices and ideas of all our team members to private practice mental health care that attempts to be more accessible than at a traditional private practice.

Reflective healing was born out of the desire to develop a practice that allows practitioners to focus on the depth work through a more equitable lens thus eliminating a traditional hierarchy and prioritizing the capacity of the healing relationship between client and therapist. It was apparent that the community was in need of a practice that addressed sociocultural issues that impact the psyche of an individual in addition to one’s internal psychological landscape.

Another way that Reflective Healing addresses the diverse needs of the community is through the offering of psychedelic therapy. As one of the only organizations in the front-range area that offers this type of treatment, our unique transpersonal and ceremonial approach sets us apart from other organizations due to our multi-modal long-term talk therapy alongside KAP. To learn more about our approach to psychedelic treatment, visit our KAP page.

Reflective healing is a green organization. We are committed to honoring and providing for the land around us. Our planet is our greatest healer and deserves our respect and admiration. In an effort to reduce and reuse, we furnish our office with second-hand materials and operate a paperless office space.

Over the years, Reflective Healing has become a hub for like-minded practitioners who wish to work together in an equitable working environment in order to support the needs of our growing community to broaden the scope of who we can help.

At Reflective Healing, we provide an opportunity for our clients to create and participate in a community beyond scheduled therapy extending opportunities for clients to continue their work within the community. This is done through offerings such as women’s circles, various working groups, and training that allows for collaboration with one another and our community partners. Visit our events page for more information on these offerings.

The name Reflective Healing comes from the idea that in order for practitioners to effectively and fairly encourage growth in their clients, they too need to work on their own healing and growth. Essentially, our belief is that we need to hold the mirror up to our clients for them to be able to reflect on their lives and continue to work on their personal growth. Each therapist working within Reflective Healing has the same vision and has dedicated their lives to their personal growth and this, in turn, is reflected in our culture. At the end of the day, “we are all just walking each other home.”
